The place had a beautiful location on a hillside surrounded by jungle, the staff was top-class, our room was spotlessly clean with a lovely hammock outside, and the overall experience was amazing.

The location was beautiful, for example, Taquilla el Zaino was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Also, the area was beautiful. Enjoyed the price of our queen room with balcony and its essentials.

everything was simply brand-new. we really enjoyed this great and lovely hotel with garden views. the location was stunning, not too far from taquilla el zaino. set in 15 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were super friendly and amicable.

This place completely met my needs, I couldn't recommend it more; my double room had an amazing view and a balcony, plus the staff created a special and excellent atmosphere.

We stayed here for 3 nights and booked a room with a hammock outside. The place was very clean, with air con and mosquito protection on the windows. The staff was so nice and even hung up our mosquito net for us. The cold water was actually refreshing, given the temperature in the national park. The restaurant had tasty food with plenty of choice, and the location in the forest was suggestive and beautiful.

The hotel is located in a stunning natural setting, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and close to Tayrona National Park. This made it convenient for us to explore the park and go on day hikes.

We found the rooms to be a bit stuffy and lacking proper air circulation. This made it a bit uncomfortable, especially at night when the temperature dropped outside.

Inside the park, surrounded by nature, peaceful ambiance. Helpful staff, good food in the restaurant.

The shuttle service to the hiking start area could be improved, as it didn't always work effectively.
