The staff were exceptional, especially Angel and Ana, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The immersive experience with nature was incredible, as we saw various wildlife right from our room. The breakfast was delightful, providing a great start to our adventurous days. Additionally, the beautiful mountain view from our room was a serene retreat after our excursions.

Staying at Ecohotel Yachay Tayrona was a beautiful experience. Each morning brought bird melodies and howler monkeys that made me feel completely at one with nature. The hammocks offered a perfect spot for relaxation, and the staff's friendliness was a highlight, making sure I was well taken care of throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, noise from other guests late at night disturbed the peaceful ambiance I was hoping for. Also, the restaurant's food lacked the flavor I expected, detracting a bit from the overall experience, especially during breakfast.

absolutely horrendous experience here! The total lack of hot water is shameful, as is not offering even a little more than a cup of coffee for breakfast. I almost wrote a glowing review, but why should I receive sub-par treatment when others get more? And where was my complimentary anything?

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it! The location is just perfect — right at the park's entrance, we saw monkeys and sloths like a natural zoo. The folks there made us feel like family. Not to mention the meals were super tasty, especially dinner. A bit noisy at night sometimes, though.

Staying inside the park offers breathtaking views and immediate access to hiking trails and beautiful beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly in assisting with park tickets, which made our experience seamless. While the atmosphere was tranquil, there were moments of noise that disrupted the peace at night. Additionally, the dining options were quite limited, and I recommend bringing snacks and drinks for your stay.

It was just a commendable fit for a quick break in El Zaino with great value for money. The environment felt very natural, and the cold showers were refreshing in the tropical heat. Bring earplugs for a better night's sleep due to noise from other visitors.

The location was incredible, right inside the park, allowing full immersion in nature. I enjoyed the mornings filled with lovely animal sounds, from cheery birds to howler monkeys. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and I loved relaxing in the hammocks while sipping on delicious coconut lemonade.
